    LocksmithGT provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to:

    • Emergency lockout assistance
    • Lock installation, repair, and replacement
    • Key cutting and duplication
    • Security system installation and maintenance
    • Commercial and residential locksmith services
    • Automotive locksmith services

    Service Availability

    We provide 24/7 emergency services throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service demand. We strive to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

    Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are quoted upfront before work begins
    • Emergency services may include additional fees
    • Payment is due upon completion of services
    • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
    • Additional charges may apply for after-hours services

    Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information about the service location
    • Verifying ownership or authorization for the property
    • Ensuring safe access to the work area
    • Payment for services as agreed
    • Providing proper identification when required

    Warranty and Guarantees

    We guarantee our workmanship and provide warranties on parts and labor as follows:

    • 90-day warranty on all locksmith services
    • Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and hardware
    • No-damage guarantee on all lockout services
    • Customer satisfaction guarantee

    Limitation of Liability

    LocksmithGT's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

    Cancellation Policy

    Scheduled appointments may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee.
